Email Design

Involved in multiple refinements and redesigns during tenure at Holland America Line. After attending the Litmus Email Conference in 2014, began championing responsive email design and email best practices. This led to the email program becoming fully responsive in 2016. The final 4 templates in 2017 are still being used for the majority of promotional email deployments. Began working on some new designs for the email program in 2019-2020.
